being fat and bored
2002-09-05

must. get. sleep. cannot let people keep me up late. i. am. cranky.

*sighs*

ok. so ive been working out regularly for the past 4 weeks, treadmill for half an hour and then situps. at least three times a week i do this. i eat a bowl of cereal for breakfast with skim milk. i have a PB&J sandwich, a handful of carrot chips, some fat free yogurt and a piece of fruit for lunch. i have a dinner of chicken nuggets or fish sticks and some rice. i drink over 8 glasses of water a day. i dont snack, i dont really drink. i try to stretch and move around in my cubicle. i try to get enough sleep. what am i doing wrong? ive not dropped a pound. my clothes dont fit looser. i mean im not going to stop but dammit. i dropped 2 pounds like 5 weeks ago and i gained them back and i cannot lose them again. what am i doing wrong? it's starting to freak me out.

on the plus side, my skin has a healthy dewy glow, my thighs look a wee bit leaner, and my breathing isnt as bad, although since allergy season is approaching it's becoming worse.

but seriously, am i always going to be fat?

because im really rather sick of it.

in other news.... well.... i guess there really isnt any other news. i lead a really boring life by asking any of these questions you can figure out what i did.

1. Is today a weekday?

If yes, did you go to work?

If no, skip to 2.

Did you come home at 7?

If yes, did you make dinner, chat online, then go to bed after the Golden Girls.

If no, did you either go to a concert or is it a Friday?

If it is a Friday, did you go to Target, make dinner, chat online, then go to bed after you felt it was sufficiently late enough?

If no, is today Monday?

If yes, did you loll about all day, talking to people online, watching movies, reading, and run errands?

2. Is today a weekend?

Did you do laundry, go grocery shopping with your dad, and clean your apartment?

Or, did you actually leave the house to do more interesting things?

Would these interesting things be: going to concerts, hanging out with friends, running errands that you really just made up in your head?

You see? I'm not complaining. I'm just saying there's been more exciting times.
