yay bigbosslady is gone for the rest of the week. that means i probably wont get yelled at for the rest of the week! yay. thrills me to my very core. thing is, she can smell my fear. i think it thrills her somewhat. i am supposed to go to the bigtimesuperfunfundoodledum work party at some place in the middle of nowhere. ha! i don't think i'll be going. too much like asking to be led to my own slaughter. scaredadat. so.... the continuing saga of the fridge. sat. fridge goes out, our food totally defrosts. was told we'd receive back up fridge until our new one arrives. until monday we could use vacant apartment below us (former home of the fuglies) mon. back up fridge does not arrive. tues. back up fridge does not arrive. roommate told by office staff there was no one to help maintenance man lug fridge upstairs. wed. no back up fridge or new fridge for that matter. roommate told by office staff that there was no one around to help maintenance man lug fridge up the stairs. new wrinkle-- roommate found note on the door of the vacant apartment we've been keying into to use their fridge from the electric company. if the former tenant of the apartment doesnt pay the bill, the electricity is going to be shut off that night. roommate throws a fit. betsy = livid. and we wonder if our groceries have thawed. i'll let you know. im trying to decide what i want for dinner tonight. thursday nights are usually pig out nights. but since we dont really have a fridge, there would be no place to store leftovers. yeah. i also dont wanna buy groceries only to have them spoil. this just pisses me off royally. id order a pizza, but i worked out today and eating pizza after i work out makes me feel stupid. like why did i even bother. especially since i will get together with the kids tomorrow and imbibe, im sure. so why blow it all now? this was not a good week for workouts. i suppose it happens. see, what a big problem this is? maybe i will just have some chicken soup and just shut up about it.
