i crack me up. for a couple of weeks now ive been singing in my head the song from the saturn commercial. the one where all the kids are playing and the people are driving by staring at them. anyway, so fine, i knew like the first 2 lines of the song so i do a search on what i knew. turns out i own the damn cd this song is on. im so weird. seriously, i went through my collection about this time last year and pulled out every cd i owned that i had that i never bothered to listen to. i need to do that again, because im sure i probably have... probably 20 or so, that ive not listened to completely. including the walkmen, the band that sings the song "we've been had," as featured in the saturn commercial. i received my CD from carey on saturday. yay for carey! yay for cds! if you, yes you, would like to make me happy in a similar way time has not run out. the deal is, you send me one, i'll send you one. so so easy. if youre interested, sign my guestbook or send me a note. going back to commercials though. i saw the most disgusting thing while watching the tampa bay/ philidelphia game. (do not ask why i was watching. there is no good answer. it will just embarrass us both.) wrangler is now using "fortunate son" by ccr in one of their commercials. that song is so anti-establishment. bah, im sorry to see that john fogerty sold out to the man. ugh, it feels like it should be a lot later than it is. i dont know, i did haul some ass and get a lot of cleaning done. wiped down the kitchen, cleaned my part of the pantry, cleaned my desk and surrounding area, rearranged some furniture, swiffed the bathroom floor, cleaned the counter, cleaned the shower and potty, and i should go work on my room now. it's pretty damn dusty from the heater. *wrinkles nose*
